Practical implementation of artificial intelligence technologies in medical institutions of Kashkadarya initiated by TUIT

On 23 February of this year, a research team led by Vice-Rector Sh. Tourayev paid a working visit to the city of Karshi.

During the visit, meetings were held with the management of the following institutions:

Kashkadarya Branch of the Republican Specialised Scientific and Practical Medical Centre of Oncology and Radiology;

Kashkadarya Branch of the Republican Specialised Scientific and Practical Medical Centre of Cardiology;

Kashkadarya Branch of the Republican Specialised Scientific and Practical Medical Centre of Endocrinology;

Kashkadarya Branch of the Republican Emergency Medical Centre;


as well as with A. Kobilov, Deputy Governor of Kashkadarya region.

The researchers delivered a presentation of AI-based developments created at TUIT and submitted commercial proposals for their implementation.

In turn, the medical institutions expressed their interest in implementing seven developments in practice. Both sides also agreed to conduct joint research on nine scientific issues.
