An international roundtable discussion was held at the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics

🇷🇺 As part of the "CIFR-2026" international network science festival, on March 13, 2026, a roundtable discussion on the topic "Training personnel in the field of information security – international experience, current state, and challenges" was held at the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics.

🎤 Sergey Erokhin, the university rector, addressed the participants of the roundtable discussion, emphasizing the relevance of cybersecurity issues:

🛡 “Today, cybersecurity issues are a key factor in the stable development of the state, economy, and society. The digitalization of all spheres of life opens new opportunities but also creates new risks. That is why training highly qualified specialists capable of countering modern cyber threats is becoming a strategic task for universities, government bodies, and industry.”

👨‍🏫 Representatives of Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi participated in the roundtable – Professor Yuriy Pisetskiy from the Faculty of Radio and Mobile Communications, Dean Haydar Madaminov of the Faculty of Telecommunication Technologies, and Senior Lecturer Otabek Tursunov from the Faculty of Cybersecurity.
